THE GROUP’S FOUNDATIONS Although Grupo HEVA’s core consists of 12 people, it currently provides jobs for more than 400 people. However, it is three key positions that drive the success, quality and punctuality in the deliveries of the developments they have erected:
Developer With more than 45 years in the construction industry, Grupo HEVA’s developer began his successful career in the United States, where he carried out projects in Oregon, Nevada and California. As the main pillar of this construction company, in addition to supervising all the parts that compose it, he is responsible for finding the correct location and product to meet the needs of the market. He also monitors the financial impact and continually reviews the architectural design. Director of Construction With more than 20 years of experience, the director of construction of Grupo HEVA carried out projects in Mexico’s most important maritime ports before arriving in Puerto Vallarta to plan, coordinate and supervise the execution and delivery deadlines of the group’s jobs. With nine years in the company, under his charge are a structural engineer, a hydraulic engineer, two architects who supervise the work directly in the field and two architects in the office. This team, unusual in other construction companies, is one of their great differentiators, since together they guarantee the quality and punctuality of the projects. Chief Financial Officer In charge of overseeing assets entering and leaving the construction company, as well as reviewing budgets and drawing up contracts and payrolls, Grupo HEVA’s chief financial officer has been involved with the construction industry for more than 15 years. Her role in the group’s administration, which she has led for 10 years, has been key to the developer and director of construction making the best decisions for the benefit of each of their projects.
